Stop Any Habit
Giving up a habit is a process, and your being here means that you've made the first important step in that process - you're thinking about stopping.
No one is saying that stopping is easy, but it is probably the single most rewarding thing you could ever do. But at the end of the day, deciding to stop is just that. A decision.
Forming a bad habit is easy. What many people do not realise is that forming a good habit is just as easy.
Habits are reinforced by your actions every day, for good or for bad. The more powerful the action the more potent the habituation.
If you associate powerful actions and feelings to your new good habits those habits will replace the bad habits.
