Studio Membership & Add-On Terms

These terms apply to all Studio membership plans (Studio Intro, Studio Standard, Multi-Studio Collective) and to the related add-ons, including the Extra Category Unlock and the Social Media Graphic + Caption Kit.

By purchasing any Studio plan or add-on, logging into your /members/ area, or using Studio member content, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

A. Studio Membership Terms

These core terms apply to all Studio plans (Studio Intro, Studio Standard, Multi-Studio Collective). Any add-on you purchase is layered on top of these membership terms.

1) Access & login sharing

• Studio memberships are licensed to one studio business, not to individual teachers who are unrelated to your studio.
• Each plan includes a limited number of logins:
  • Studio Intro: 1 allowed user
  • Studio Standard: 2 allowed users
  • Multi-Studio Collective: 3 allowed users
• You may share those logins only with your internal team (owners, managers, or teachers working within your studio).
• You may not resell, give away, or share your login with other studios, organizations, or unrelated third parties.

2) How you can use the audio

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio in these ways:

You can:

• Play the tracks in your studio space, classes, workshops, and events (in-person or online).
• Use the tracks in live or live-streamed classes you personally teach under your studio brand.
• Use the tracks for your own practice (owners/teachers) to prepare for teaching, reset, or rest.

You cannot:

• Resell the audio or give the raw files away (as downloads, bonuses, or “free gifts”).
• Use the tracks in a separate app, subscription, or membership that is not owned by you.
• Upload raw tracks to YouTube, Spotify, meditation apps, or podcast feeds as standalone audio.
• Include the raw audio in any product you sell (courses, apps, bundles) without a separate written license from us.

If you’re ever unsure whether a specific use is allowed, please contact support before publishing or distributing the content.

3) Billing, renewals & cancellation

• Studio memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose (annual or monthly, where available).
• Your membership remains active as long as your payment method is valid, charges are successful, and you are not otherwise in violation of these terms.
• If a payment fails, Stripe may retry. If retries fail, your membership and access to /members/ and member packs may be paused or cancelled.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time via your customer portal or by contacting support. Access continues only until the end of the already-paid billing period.

4) Changes to content & packs

• We may update, swap, or rotate tracks within Studio packs (including quarterly packs) to improve quality and experience.
• We may add or remove categories or features over time. We aim to keep the value of your membership the same or better.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or replace packs, categories, and add-ons in the future, with reasonable notice where possible.

5) No guarantees & disclaimer

• The audio and tools are designed for relaxation, focus, creativity, and similar outcomes, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue, or class attendance.
• Individual experiences vary. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
• Our content is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult appropriate professionals where needed.

B. Extra Category Unlock – Specific Conditions

The Extra Category Unlock is an add-on that gives you access to one additional audio category on top of the categories included with your current Studio membership.

1) Eligibility

• You must have an active Studio membership (Intro, Standard, or Collective).
• The Extra Category Unlock is limited to one (1) extra category per active membership.
• The extra category is tied directly to your membership account and email.

2) Duration & access

• Your extra category remains available only while your main Studio membership is active.
• If your Studio membership is cancelled or expires, access to all categories, including the extra one, ends at the end of your current billing period.
• The Extra Category Unlock does not create a standalone lifetime license or separate permanent access.

3) Category choice & changes

• You may choose one extra category from the eligible list shown on the Extra Category page at the time of purchase.
• Once we have manually added your extra category to your account and confirmed it via email, it is considered locked in for that membership term.
• Any future changes to your categories (including the extra one) must go through support and may not always be possible or may require a separate admin process or fee.

4) Refunds & limitations

• Because the Extra Category Unlock requires manual setup and gives immediate access once added, refunds are generally not available after we have completed the category change.
• If there is a technical error on our side that prevents access to the extra category, we will either fix the issue or offer a reasonable alternative or refund at our discretion.

C. Social Media Graphic + Caption Kit – Specific Conditions

The Social Media Graphic + Caption Kit is a done-for-you creative add-on that provides 3 themed social media graphics plus a simple Caption Kit tied to a specific Studio pack or quarter.

1) Eligibility

• You must have an active Studio membership at the time of delivery.
• You must complete the Graphics Kit request via support (ticket), including your logo and brand colors.

2) What you receive

• 3 Studio-branded graphics:
  • Based on our shared templates for the current quarter’s pack.
  • Customized with your logo and 1–3 main brand colors where feasible.
• A simple Caption Kit:
  • Typically 2–3 caption options per graphic.
  • Designed so you can copy/paste and lightly tweak for your own schedule, class names, and announcements.

We may reuse our underlying templates, designs, and layout concepts for other studios. Your logo and colors make your version unique to your studio.

3) What we need from you

• A studio logo file (ideally 300 DPI PNG or SVG; no screenshots).
• Brand colors (hex codes if possible, or a website URL where we can reference your colors).
• Reasonable responses to any quick clarification questions from the design team, if needed.

If you do not provide logo and colors within a reasonable time, we may place your order in “Waiting on Assets” status and be unable to deliver your graphics until assets are received.

4) Delivery timeline

• Turnaround is up to 7 business days after we receive your logo and brand colors.
• Delivery is made by email and/or via reply to your support ticket using the email you provided.

5) How you may use the graphics & captions

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Graphics Kit as follows:

You can:

• Use the graphics and captions on your studio’s own social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Use them in your studio’s emails and simple promotional posts.
• Use them as part of your organic promotion for your classes, packs, and memberships.

You cannot:

• Resell the graphics, templates, or Caption Kit as a standalone product.
• Share the raw files with other studios, agencies, or third parties outside your own business.
• Claim the template design itself as your own intellectual property.

6) Revisions & limitations

• This service includes light customization only (logo placement, brand colors, and caption wording that is designed to be broadly usable for yoga/wellness studios).
• Major redesigns, complex copy rewrites, or multiple revision rounds are not included and would require a separate custom agreement.
• If something is clearly off (wrong logo, wrong colors, typos), we will fix that at no extra cost.

7) Refunds

• Because this is a done-for-you creative service, once we begin design work (after receiving your logo/colors), the Graphics Kit is generally non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver due to an internal issue, we will either deliver an equivalent Graphics Kit as soon as possible or offer a reasonable refund/credit at our discretion.

Wellness and Use Disclaimer

Our audios, courses, memberships, and studio tools are created to support relaxation, focus, personal growth, and nervous system support. They are for education and general wellbeing, not medical or psychological treatment.

Our products do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. They are not a replacement for working with a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional.

Please:

By using this site and any product or membership, you agree that you are responsible for your own choices, boundaries, and wellbeing. You also understand that studio owners, facilitators, and practitioners are responsible for how they choose to use these materials with their communities and within their own scope of practice.
