Suggested Ways to Use This Pack

  • Quick Reset (15–20 minutes)
    TRACK 2 ONCE, or TRACK 2 → TRACK 1 for a short reset between classes or work blocks.
  • Deep Recovery (45–60 minutes)
    TRACK 1 → brief pause → TRACK 3 for a deeper nervous system reset.
  • Weekly Ritual
    Use TRACK 4 and TRACK 5 back-to-back once per week as your “big reset” session.
